Within 24 hours of purchase, if an account can't log in, we provide free replacement. Please use the Contact Us page and include your order number and issue details.
Digital products are non-refundable after delivery. However, if the account itself has quality issues (can't log in, etc.), we'll replace or refund.
New Gmail accounts are recently registered, suitable for general use. Aged accounts are 1+ years old with higher trust scores and less likely to trigger security checks.
Temp email only supports receiving emails, not sending. It's suitable for one-time verification scenarios.
